Rise early and greet the sun with a Beach Yoga session, held every weekday morning from 9am. This ancient practice is a gentle, effective way to strengthen your body and mind. There is no cost for these sessions; however you can make a small charitable donation if you wish. After yoga, stay for a delicious, healthy breakfast that will help you to thrive, inside and out, all day long.
